Advanced Air offers high technology custom injection molded fan products for a wide variety of applications. Our injection molded products are either produced directly from our existing tool list or according to your specifications. We use latest technology state of the art molding machines which will provide high quality and repeatability.

Injection molding is the process of manufacturing parts through molds normally under high pressure. Molds are usually made of hardened steel, aluminum or beryllium-copper alloy processed through standard EDM or CNC machining. The process involves the injection of molten metal at high pressure into the mold which has the inverse shape of the product to be manufactured. Injection molding processes can handle high level tolerances and is hence widely used in mass production sectors.

Designs for the parts to be molded are created by our well qualified personnel using CAM technology. The proto-types are created in CAD format and directly implemented for manufacturing as our entire system is computer controlled (CNC machines). A variety of software like AutoCAD, Photo paint, Microsoft word, Corel draw, Adobe illustrator, Adobe photo shop, Quark express and Adobe PageMaker are used for designing 3D models of components. Customer approval of a "part to print" match is requested prior to production.

At Advanced Air, we provide you custom injection molded fan products of part sizes ranging from 1.375 to 15.25 inches. Smooth-textured molded parts without any burrs, blisters and voids can be offered only by us. Also we have latest technology software to detect and track history of any faults, determine the root cause and correct them. A computerized "Calibration Recall System" maintains the status and history of tool room and manufacturing measuring devices.

We have a dedicated quality control team with “general inspection control plan” to ensure that all our products leave for delivery meeting excellent performance standards and quality. Also all the processes that we handle adhere to the AAI standards.
