Advanced Air offers custom impellers for a variety of applications in numerous fields. Specifications for such impellers are either taken from our existing tooling list or from your specifications. Our current tooling list has parts of size ranging from 1.8750 x 0.3500 to 4.5900 x 1.0600 inches. We also manufacture a variety of custom fans and blowers that use impellers.
Impellers are rotating single or twin wheels used in fans mainly for ventilation and cooling purposes. They are usually made up of tough metals. Impellers in any quantity, diameter and material are designed and manufactured by us. Our impellers have options for fine-tuning and air flow in both the forward and reverse directions. High efficiency low noise operation is possible with our custom impellers. Impellers are used for a number of commercial, residential and industry applications.

Custom impellers are manufactured using our in-house CAD capabilities that offer you 3D proto-types of the impeller designs which can be immediately put into production. Also computer controlled CNC machines help in easy tooling operations for the impellers. The state of art molding machines that we use will offer you a high repeatability rate. Also all our processes adhere to the AAI standards.
